Resolution? Diet, Exercise, Weight Loss or Just to be Healthy!

Ok, time for the gyms to start building in popularity! It's always frustrating at this time of year for those that workout (prior to New Years resolutions) to go to the gym during January and February and not be able to get on a machine...then come March the gym is clear again. This year I want to give back, in some way, just give back instead of take. Not sure how but that's hopefully where I'm headed. I also hope to do the typical help my family and myself eat better and workout more resolution. I need to learn how to cook better and maybe just take in more well-balanced meals, and provide them. It's funny b/c even having the background health and fitness knowledge, it's hard for me to follow through. And then of course there is the having a son part that always comes first and kind of messes up the plan, but that's ok. It's all about being flexible and having faith. Now if I can just sell my husband on the idea of having faith with me and the kitchen!! Happy New Year! and best wishes to you and your New Year Resolutions!
