Easy New Years Recipe
RecipeI'm going to try and help some of you -not so good in the kitchen (like myself) cooks. Here is an easy and yummy appetizer to take for New Years that all will love.
Cheese Ball
Take 2 blocks of cream cheese (set out to soften) and mix with a Vegetable soup mix (1 envelope). I use Lipton or Knorrs. Then after it is mixed, roll it into a ball and then once you are ready to serve, roll the ball in sunflower seeds. Very easy and wonderful! Serve with your favorite crackers, Ritz or Wheat Thins or Triscuits, any work fine. Enjoy!
